Friday, October 16th Schedule of Events

Grass Course Golf @ Corolla Grass Course

• T-Shirt and meal wristband pick up: 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm

• Additional t-shirts (and hats!) will be available for purchase

• Golfers should start play any time between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm

• $18 per person paid at the door

• Beverages available for purchase

• See rules page for play details

• Parking will be available in the Corolla Light Sports Center parking lot -street parking allowed on day of event, on grass course side (west side) of Rte 12

• Pull straight on to grass, perpendicular to 12

Kick-Off Party @ Nelly’s SandBar in their courtyard
Party: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

• Live music

• Food & beverages available for purchase

• Lawn/beach chairs welcome

Saturday, October 17th Schedule of Events

Opening Ceremony 9:30-9:45 am Corolla Light Oceanfront Complex 1197 Franklyn Street

Street parking available –look for parking attendants

GAMES-  Course Map and Scoring and Rules

• T-Shirt & After Party Wristband Pick Up 9:00 am-12:00 pm Corolla Light Oceanfront Complex

• Pickleball * 10:00 am-12:15 pm Corolla Light Austin Street Courts

• Cornhole * 10:00 am-12:15 pm

• Bocce Ball* 10:00 am-12:15 pm Corolla Light Oceanfront Complex

• Knockout Basketball * 12:30 pm-1:15 pm

• Field Games * 1:30 pm-3:00 pm Beach

• Tidal Ball * 1:30 pm-3:00 pm Enter on Morris Drive

• Volleyball * 3:15 pm (approx)-4:45 pm 
  ● Volleyball will start once all games on the beach are complete, but no earlier than 3:00 pm

● Food and beverages available for purchase from Oceanfront Grille
● Parking at Corolla Light:
o Plan to arrive early, parking at the oceanfront complex will be very limited
o Street parking (one side only) will be available that day on parts of Franklyn Street and
Morris Drive - see map on following page
o Carpooling is recommended. Better yet - walk or bike
● Remember to bring:
o Your team t-shirt; water bottle; lawn/beach chair; sunscreen
o Money for purchase of food and beverages

5:00pm* - 9:00pm: Join us at the Wild Horse Inn, 1196 Ocean Trail, for the After Party!
*Start time is after Volleyball is complete, but no earlier than 5:00pm
● Cash Bar open to all
● Must purchase meal ticket to eat
● Please wear the green wristband showing you pre-purchased a meal ticket
● A limited number of meal tickets will be available for $25
